We first process personal data that you provide to us as part of the application/admission procedure. This applies in particular to your application documents.
If necessary, we also process personal data that we received from third parties (e.g. a job placement) in a manner permitted under data protection law.
We are admissible personal data that we have obtained from publicly accessible sources (e.g. social or professional networks), insofar as this is necessary to determine your suitability for the occupation of vacancies.
We only process data related to your application. This can be general data on your person (name, address, contact details, etc.), information on your professional qualifications and school education, information on further training as well as possibly further data that you send us in connection with your application
We process the data you have given to check your application and your suitability for the advertised area and to carry out the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Lit. b) GDPR, Art. 88 Para. 1 GDPR in connection with (IVM) § 26 Paragraph 1 BDSG.
In individual cases, we process your data to protect our legitimate interests. A legitimate interest is, for example, if your data is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims as part of the application procedure (e.g. claims according to the General Equal Treatment Act). In these cases, data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If you voluntarily provide us with special categories of personal data, we will only process them on the basis of your consent. The legal basis for this is Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. a i. V. M. Art. 88 Para. 1 GDPR and § 26 Paragraph 2 BDSG.
Within the company, only those places receive their data that are responsible for the preparation and implementation of the application process or in the event of a career portal, those who are responsible for looking after the pool and talent.
This includes employees of the HR area and the departments in which vacancies are to be filled.
There is no data transfer to a third country or an international organization.
Profiling does not take place.
Your data will be deleted at least 6 months after the application process for the position to which you have applied, unless we have set it. If we have concluded an employment contract with you, your application data will be included in the personnel files.
In the event that you have agreed to save your personal data for a long time, we save it in accordance with your declaration of consent.
The following rights are entitled to the person responsible:
You have the right information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR via the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to request the correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR to request incorrect or incomplete personal data.
to request deletion of your data if the requirements specified in Art. 17 GDPR After that, you can, for example, request that your data delete your data, insofar as this is no longer necessary for the purposes for which you have been collected. You can also request deletion if your data is processed on the basis of your consent and you revoke this consent.

If the processing of data is carried out on the basis of your consent, according to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR, cancel the consent in the use of your personal data at any time . Please note that the revocation only works for the future. Processments that were carried out before the revocation are not affected.
