- Technical understanding and passion for bikes and e-bikes
- Joy to guide and organize a team
- Resilience and a cool head - even if it gets hectic
- Precise, responsible work
- Experience in dealing with customers and solution -oriented action
- Completed training as a mechanic or mechatronics engineer (ideally)
- Professional experience in the technical area and initial management experience are a plus

- Management of the workshop team in consultation with the branch management
- Planning the personnel deployment and promoting the workshop team
- Training of new workshop employees
- Service acceptance, complaint processing, parts order and repair service
- Responsibility for the quality and care of all work carried out
- Processing of leasing, financing and insurance
