Do you have more specific questions about buying a CUBE bike?
You can contact us at any time! Whether questions about the web shop, orders by email or personal advice in a branch-our team is there for you. You can find contact details on the branch overview page.
Can I lease an e-bike in the online shop?
Yes, we also offer leasing in the online shop. Simply select your desired bike and put it in the shopping cart. In the checkout process, you can then select the Leasing as a payment method.
How long is the delivery time at Multicycle?
Your order is currently ready for dispatch in four to seven working days. You can find out when your bike will arrive at you from our freight forwarder who will bring the package to your home safely.
How does the bike get me?
We at Multicycle always send the bikes by forwarding. This will contact you to coordinate a suitable delivery date with you.
Do I still have to build the bike?
No. We fully assemble and inspect the bike.
For transport, we simply remove the pedals and rotate the handlebars 180 degrees so the bike fits in the box. Both can be reassembled in just a few minutes.
Does the bike come with pedals?
Yes. We deliver every wheel with pedals, including all models in which CUBE does not add any. We want you to be able to start immediately.
Can you buy a gift voucher from you?
Yes, you can buy gift vouchers in all of our branches. The voucher can be charged with a desired amount of your choice and can only be redeemed in our stores.
Why are other components installed on my bike than indicated in the description?
Occasionally it happens that CUBE changes certain components at a bike at short notice - for example due to delivery bottlenecks or technical adjustments. These changes are made without prior notice and is outside of our influence. As a dealer, we pass on the information as we receive it from the manufacturer, but cannot provide a guarantee of absolute agreement. As a rule, this affects small parts and has no influence on the quality or function of the bike.
