Scope of the processing of personal data
1. Information on data processing by Meta Platforms Ireland
The Instagram data protection guideline mentions the categories of personal data processed when using meta products (see I.), describes the purposes for which this data is used (see II.) And gives the categories of recipients to whom this can be accessible (see III., IV.). As far as possible, your data will be deleted when the operation of our Instagram page is set. If this data is further stored by META Platforms Ireland, this is based exclusively on the provisions in the Instagram data protection directive and Instagram terms of use.
Processing anonymized data for statistical purposes
We have set up our Instagram page as a business account and use Meta Platforms Ireland provided anonymized side statistics ("Instagram insights") that provide us with findings about the visitors of our Instagram page and their interactions with our Instagram page and its content. We do not make a contribution to deciding on the means and purposes of the processing of event data that serve to create side statistics. The statistics include the following information:

Your rights
The following rights are entitled to the person responsible:
You have the right to receive information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR via the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to request the correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR to request incorrect or incomplete personal data.
You have the right to request the deletion of your data if the requirements specified in Art. 17 GDPR. After that, for example, you can request the deletion of your data, insofar as they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. You can also request deletion if your data is processed on the basis of your consent and you cancel this consent.
You have the right to restrict the processing of your data if the requirements of Art. 18 GDPR are met. This is the case, for example, if you contest the correctness of your data. For the duration of checking the correctness of the data, you can then request the restriction of processing.
If you have asserted the right to correction, deletion or restriction of processing to the person responsible, this is obliged in accordance with Art. 19 GDPR, to all recipients who have been disclosed the personal data relating to you, to notify this correction or deletion of the data or to restrict the processing, unless this proves to be impossible or is associated with a disproportionate effort. According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to obtain your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine -read format or to request the transmission to another person responsible, insofar as this is technically feasible.
If the processing of data is carried out on the basis of your consent, according to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR, you are entitled to cancel the consent in the use of your personal data at any time. Please note that the revocation only works for the future. Processments that were carried out before the revocation are not affected.
