It is possible to book an appointment for the collection of your pre -ordered wheel or other item. And if you want to bring your bike or e-bike to the service, you can also reserve an appointment.
Please note: Not all of our branches still have an online calendar that you can use to book your appointments. In this case, simply contact the corresponding location recall form We are currently still introducing this tool in all branches, so we ask for your understanding!
Our online shop team is there for you Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Just send us an email to versand@multicycle.de . We will be happy to call you back if you tell us your number.
