It is possible to book an appointment for the collection of your pre -ordered wheel or other item. And if you want to bring your bike or e-bike to the service, you can also reserve an appointment.
Please note: Not all of our branches still have an online calendar that you can use to book your appointments. In this case, simply contact the corresponding location recall form We are currently still introducing this tool in all branches, so we ask for your understanding!

- We ask for your understanding and patience if the next free appointment is only possible in a few days.
- We are also happy to award by phone or by email-but we access the same time windows that you can also select in our reservation tool. Please contact your branch on site.
